KR Homes team has 20 years of home building experience. We are developers of subdivisions, single family, and multi family homes. Our focus is to deliver the highest quality in the market for the best value. We also build in a short, fixed timeline, unlike the current industry standard. Our homes feature a standard of Quartz countertops, shaker style cabinets, energy efficient appliances, durable LVP flooring, etc. The average build time is currently 3-5 months typically from start to finish. We are focusing our work in Lewis County, Winlock, Chehalis, Centralia, Vader, Napavine, Toledo, Onalaska, and in Cowlitz County, Kelso, Longview, Castle Rock, Mossyrock.
